To qualify for the 13th Month Free incentive:

The promotion is available on eligible standard two-bedroom apartments at Argyle Terrace only. Accessible units are not eligible for this promotion.

A new 13-month fixed-term lease must be signed on or after July 6, 2026.

The tenancy must begin no later than September 7, 2026.

The promotional rent credit is equal to one month of regular monthly rent and will be applied to the 13th and final month of the fixed-term tenancy, subject to the terms of the 13th Month Rent Incentive Addendum.
